At Ventura Living, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furnishings. If a piece isn't the perfect fit for your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer concierge team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding and hardware included to ensure the product remains in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Schedule Collection

  Once approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or schedule a specialized furniture courier service for larger items to collect the package from your home.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
