We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unassembled. Please note that a restocking fee may apply to large furniture pieces.
Do you offer white-glove delivery and assembly?
Yes, we offer premium white-glove delivery for an additional fee. This service includes bringing the item into your room of choice, full assembly, and removal of all packaging materials.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our carrier's portal. You can also view your order status by logging into your Ventura Living account.
